Deadbolt or Key-In-Knob Installation Deadbolt installation or removal and replacement services provided. There are several different grades of Deadbolts and Key-In-Knobs available. We can supply and install Commercial grade deadbolts and Key-In-Knob locks on residential and commercial properties. Property Openings Locksmith Mississauga can open properties for clients provided that thay can produce Government Issued ID, a valid Ontario Drivers License or valid Ontario Health Card bearing their name and the address that requires opening. Property Lockouts We can assist Landlords in locking out non-paying tenants. In the instance of a residence, the Sheriff must attend the lockout in order to serve the proper court papers. We cannot proceed to lock a tenant out of a residence if the Sheriff is not present. High Security Locks with Key Control With "Key Control" you have 100% control over who has a copy of your key. Keys can only be copied through our service. In order to have a key copied or the lock rekeyed, the registrant must produce a registration card (issued at time of purchase) and valid Government Issued picture identification.
